The first step in conquering the ACT is recognizing that you must adopt a new mind set.  What works in the classroom is not what works on this test.  In the classroom, you must demonstrate what you know.  On this test, you must demonstrate not only what you know but how quickly you can show what you know.  The time restraint changes everything.
