Here, we want to make sure YOU understand the structure of the course!

Below is a basic outline with a description of each lesson.

Lesson 1 – Course Introduction:  Here, we will make sure you understand the overall structure of the course, have identified a schedule that works for you, and have printed out your score growth chart so that you can monitor your score growth as well as your relative strengths and weaknesses.  Further, we will initiate the process of creating a new mind set for success and help you understand scoring and how to review your tests!

Lesson 2 – Establishing a Baseline:  In this lesson, you will take a full-length practice exam – Test #1 in “Big Red.”  This step in the preparation process is key to establishing a baseline not only for your section and composite score, but more importantly, to get the detailed analytics at the category and question level.  These analytics will tell you where your weaknesses are so you know where to focus your time and energy to grow your score!

Lesson 3 – Digging Deep:  It is time to start digging deep in your preparation for the ACT.  This test provides you not only detailed analytics, but also explanations to every question.

Lesson 4 – Continuing to Dig Deep:  This test provides an opportunity to continue to dig deep. This test also provides you detailed analytics as well as explanations to every question. Again, it is KEY that once you complete each section, that you complete “The Dig,” going back and reviewing questions you missed, skipped, found difficult, and were slow to answer!

Lesson 5 – Finding Your Rhythm:  Now that you have had the opportunity to work through two tests, receiving detailed analytics and explanations to every question, it is time to apply this new knowledge. On this test, your goal is to work out any timing issues and establish a rhythm of confidence for your test. As a bonus, you will also receive math explanation videos for all of the math questions!

Lesson 6 – Solidifying Your Preparation: This full-length practice exam allows you a final opportunity to solidify your preparation and review any opportunities for score growth before exam day.  Again, the detailed analytics supply you with insight now only to your score, but also to category and question level detail. As a bonus, you will also receive math explanation videos for all of the math questions!
